Key Rental Terms for "Simple Rent":

1. Age and Driving Experience:

- The minimum age of the renter is 18 YEARS.

- A valid driver's license with 0 YEARS of driving experience is required.

2. Rental Duration:

- The minimum rental period is 24 HOURS.

- Rentals are available for both short and long-term periods with flexible rates.

3. Insurance:

- The rental cost includes compulsory third-party liability insurance and comprehensive insurance (CASCO).

- The renter is responsible for any damages to the vehicle.

4. Fuel:

- The vehicle is provided with a FULL TANK of fuel and must be returned with the same fuel level.

- If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter is required to pay for the missing fuel at the company's established rate.

5.Mileage Restrictions:

- The basic rate includes a mileage limit of 70 km per day. Selecting the UNLIMITED package provides unlimited mileage.

- Additional charges may apply for exceeding the mileage limit.

6. Geographical Restrictions:

- The rented vehicle can be used throughout Armenia.

- Cross-border travel is allowed only with prior notification and approval from the company, and by selecting the NO BORDERS package.

7. Payments and Deposits:

- Rental payment is made in advance. Payment can be made in cash or by bank card.

- A deposit is required, the amount of which depends on the vehicle class and rental rate. The deposit is refunded if the vehicle is returned undamaged and the rental terms are met.

- No deposit is required with extended insurance.

8. Renter's Responsibility:

- The renter must return the vehicle in a CLEAN condition and without damage.

- In case of rental agreement violations, such as late return or mileage overage, charges may apply according to company rates.

9. Booking Cancellation and Changes:

- Booking changes are possible but require company approval.

10. Extended Insurance

- For trips within Armenia You can pay a non-refundable one-time fee . In case of vehicle damage where the damage amount does not exceed the deposit , no additional payment is required.

- For trips to Georgia: For your convenience, we offer extended insurance. If the damage does not exceed the deposit, all costs are covered by the insurance, and you don't need to worry about additional expenses.
